1.  What is your return policy?

MND really strives to make every item top notch.  However, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange or return your bag.  All returns must be made within ten (10) days of receiving an item.  Your bag also comes with a 30 day warranty.  After 30 days, you can send in your bag for service and MND will service/repair your item for a service fee, plus shipping (if applicable).  Please contact Mary before returning an item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Custom items, used items, or items not in the original condition may not be returned.

2. What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is very important to us.  We do not distribute your personal information to third parties for any purpose.  We appreciate your business and are committed to protecting your information as we do our own.

3.  Do you sell wholesale?

Yes.  We sell wholesale to carefully selected boutiques.  Please email us if you are interested.  Please include your tax id in your email.

4.  How long does it take for me to receive my bag(s) once I place an order?

Most bags are custom made, so please allow three weeks for delivery.  Many times you will have your bag before that time, but production schedules may impact delivery.

We ship USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-4 days in the US.  Shipping charges are $8.00 per item and higher for larger orders.

5.  Would you make a purse out of fabric that I would send you?

Bring it on!  We would love to.  Feel free to email Mary to start your design session.  How Fun!

6.  How do I care for my bag?

Dirt happens!  While we make our items durable, there may come a time your bag may need cleaning due to too much love.  We recommend dry cleaning to preserve the fabrics and ribbons.  Baby wipes work miracles, too.

7.  Will you handle special bulk orders (i.e, bridesmaids, corporations, sororoties, and special events)?

Yes.  MND specializes in short-run custom projects.  We have lots of fun designing for special events.  Custom bags are always a huge hit.  Don't forget, we monogram.

8.  How do I customize a MND bag?

Simple.  Just contact Mary with your ideas and she will work with you to develop a perfect plan for your needs.

9.  What form of payments does MND accept?

We accept Check, Cash, Visa, and Mastercard.
